• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or substitute equivalent products if necessary.

• Product weights are approximate. Actual delivered weights may vary slightly due to trimming and handling (consistent with industry standards).

 

4. Prices and Payments

• All prices listed on the Site are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

• We accept online payments via credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

• Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your card information.

• Your order will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

 

5. Orders and Acceptance

• When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these T&Cs.

• We will confirm acceptance of your order via email or SMS once payment is received.

• Fin & Bone reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any amounts charged will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

 

6. Delivery Policy

• Delivery Area: Currently limited to Dubai.

• Delivery Time: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before the daily cut-off time (as stated on the Site).

• Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees and minimum order requirements are applied as per our delivery policy (similar to industry standards). These may vary depending on order value and location.

(If following MLS UAE’s structure, we can insert exact text once confirmed — typically: “Free delivery for orders above AED X; AED X charge for smaller orders.”)

• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the indicated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, re-delivery may incur additional charges.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

• As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and dispatched.

• In the unlikely event that a product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@finandbone.ae within 2 hours of receiving your order, and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

• Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued at our discretion and to the original payment method.

 

8. Product Quality and Handling

• All products are handled, packaged, and delivered following strict hygiene and food safety standards.

• Once delivered, you are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing the products to maintain quality.

• Fin & Bone will not be liable for any spoilage resulting from improper handling, storage, or delay in refrigeration after delivery.

• All trademarks, images, text, designs, and content appearing on the Site are the property of Fin & Bone or its licensors.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any material without prior written permission.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

• Fin & Bone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total value of the order in question.

• Nothing in these T&Cs excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded under UAE law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fin & Bone, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these T&Cs, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

 

12. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport failures, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

 

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
